Pauline Meyer Comardelle, 84, a native and resident of Des Allemands, died at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at First Assembly of God Church in Des Allemands. Religious service will be held at noon Saturday at the church, with burial at the Mennonite Cemetery in Des Allemands.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Comardelle Jr.; two sons, Russell Comardelle and wife, Alice, and Delbert “Bert” Comardelle and wife, Diana; four daughters, Mary Randal and husband, Don Polk, Linda Authement and husband, Edward, Denise Dufrene and husband, Dale, and Rachel Zeringue; two brothers, Alvin Meyer Sr. and Carl Meyer Sr.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick and Solange Bourgeois Meyer; one daughter, Karen Comardelle; two brothers, Alfred Meyer Sr.and Carl Meyer, Sr.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
