Paul Anthony Bouvier, 76, a native of Valentine, LA and a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Paul is survived by his sons, Taylor Bouvier and Henry Bouvier (Kim); daughter, Victoria Bouvier (Alexie Serigny); step daughter, Wynette Cedotal; grandchildren, Emma, Matthew and Jacob Bouvier, Justin Bouvier, Eve Barbo, Milton and Mike Serigny, Jennifer Badeaux, Brandon and Courtney Cedotal; great grandchildren, Ella Serigny and Oakley Barbo; brother, Alfred Bouvier and sisters, Laura Lee Danos, Lola Eschette and Susie Robichaux.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Bouvier; first wife, Bonnie Bourgeois Bouvier; parents, Duffy and Enola Bouvier and sister, Georgia Dufrene; infant brother, Henry Bouvier and granddaughter, Anna Bouvier.
Paul loved dancing and was a hard worker. He worked on tugs in the Gulf of Mexico and Puerto Rico, Valentine Pulp and Paper, Bollinger Shipyard, Halter Marine and Bayou Blue Bridge tender. In his later year his most beloved job was portraying Santa at the Southland Mall and Lakeside Mall. Also, he enjoyed cutting grass and working at Houma Popeyes Fried Chicken. He had a joyful heart and knew no strangers and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers donations to the family to help with funeral expenses are preferred.
