Ora Plaisance Griffin, 87, a native and resident of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016.
Visitation will be held from 9 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Ora is survived by her son, Milton "M.J." J. Griffin Jr; daughters, Dolores G. LeBouef and Laura G. Adams; sister, Elva P. Ledet, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton J. Griffin Sr; father, Dewey Plaisance; mother, Carmelite Peters Plaisance; brothers, Herbert, Paul "Robert", Hubert and Irvin Plaisance.
Ora was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
