Norman P. Theriot

Norman P. Theriot, 89, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Larose, LA, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA., with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his daughters, Kay Orgeron (David), Kim Dufrene (Wayne) And Karrie Plaisance (Todd); 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Trentacosta Theriot; parents, Henry and Lamise Collins Theriot; brothers, Leonce Theriot and Hubert Theriot (KIA in Korea 1951) and sister, Leoncia Bourg.
Norman was a charter member and past president of the 27th Infantry Regiment Historical Society; member of the 25th Division Association; American Legion; VFW; past member and secretary of Rotary Club and Association of Professional Notaries.
In lieu of flowers donations to Holy Rosary Catholic Church in the name of Norman Theriot.
