Norman Milligan, 67, from Edinburgh, Scotland, died peacefully at his home in Golden Meadow, with his family by his side on Thursday, January 4, 2024.
Norman is survived by his son Robert (DeLea) Milligan and step children Ryan Baudoin and Elizabeth (Denny) Smith; his grandchildren Emmy, Marci, Kara, Jasmine, Danyelle, and Ashtyn; his sister Janet Milligan (Terry) Tasson, and brothers Robert Nelson (Lise) Milligan, and Jack Milligan; and his brother-in-law Ponch (Tina) Baudoin; close cousins Judy Henderson, Ronnie Paterson, and Sam Paterson, and aunt Patricia McKenzie.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 28 years, Terryl “Tee” Milligan, his mother Jean Milligan Rebstock, his father Norman Milligan, his mother-in-law Margie Baudoin, and nephew Brandon Terrebonne.
As per his wishes, the family will not have any services and will hold a private memorial.
