Norman J. Hebert, 89, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Raceland passed away on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Thibodaux from 9:00 am until service time. Mr. Norman’s Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial following in the Church Cemetery.
Mr. Norman is survived by his children: N.J. Hebert (Mary), Mary E. Hebert, Angela Rodrigue (Eddie), Michael Hebert (Lisa), Nickie Hebert (Hailey); grandchildren, Kristy Graham (Jason), Justin Hebert (Christian), Dylan Hebert (Kayla), Heidi Rodrigue, Alyssa Molaison (Ben), Taylor Lile (Chance), Bryce, Brody, Brock, Baylor and Kayson Hebert; great-grandchildren, Ana Albarado, Kate and James Hebert, Lucas and Bailey Molaison; sisters: Theresa Adams, Rita Dickie, and Mary “Minnie” Lee.
Mr. Hebert was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years: Jean Templet Hebert; infant daughter: Marie Ann Hebert; parents: Junius and Claire L. Hebert; and sister: Mary Ann Bourgeois.
Mr. Norman was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and provider to his family that believed in strong work ethics. He was a very prayerful, kind man who loved his God and Blessed Mother, served on the St. Charles Borromeo Pastoral Council, ushers, and greeters, and was a member and Vice President of Miracle of the Rosary Mission.
