Norman "Pegeon" Guidry

Norman “Pegeon” Guidry, 68 a native of Raceland, La. and resident of Larose, La. passed away March 10, 2021 at home with his loving family at his side.
Visitation will be Friday March 19, 2021 at Falgout Funeral Homes in Raceland, La. from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and reopen on Saturday March 20, 2021 from 8:00am until 9:45am. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00am at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church.
“Pegeon” is survived by his wife of 30 years; Patricia “Pat” Breaux Guidry; children, Jarrod (April) Abadie, Larry (Page) Abadie, Heather Abadie and Ashley (Michael) Baudoin, grandchildren; Alex, Destiny, Addison, Wade, Justin, Jerin, Austin, Alivia, Kaylee, Caroline, Isabella, and Jonathan, great grandchildren; Rain and Ash, sister-in-law, Dawn Guidry and niece; Kiley Guidry.
“Pegeon” was preceded in death by his parents; Ignace “Heavy” Jeanne Mahler Guidry, parents-in-law; Clarence and Stella Punch Breaux, brother; Cleveland “Lil P” Guidry.
“Pegeon” loved to fish. He retired from Buquet Distributing Company and was better known by the name “The Bud Man”. “Pegeon” never met a stranger. He loved everyone.
