Nolan J. Faucheaux, 85, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland. Mass will be held at noon Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Audie Faucheaux and wife, Cindy; three daughters, Karen Dupre and husband, Tim, Jill Dufrene and husband, Alvin Jr., and Julie Ford and fiance, Tommy Pitre; brother, Floyd Faucha; four sisters, Thelma Faucha, Faith Breaux, Sylvia Plaisance and Betty LeBlanc; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Justilien and Elma Arcement Faucheaux; and brother, Gerald Faucha.
He was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
