Mildred F. Sapia Anderson, 88, a native and resident of Raceland passed away on Friday, September 16, 2016.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 21st from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Calvin (Lisa) Sapia; daughter, Linda (Menton, III) Chouest; daughter-in-law, Lorna Sapia; sister, Nellie Hernandez; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, 1st Emile Sapia, 2nd Eddie Anderson; parents, Etienne and Jeanne Foret; son, Alvin Sapia; 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Falgout Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
