Michael Clifton Callais, age 54, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 8:10 p.m. He was a native and resident of Galliano, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at First Baptist Church of Golden Meadow on Friday, January 20, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m.
Michael is survived by his wife, of 34 years, Sandy Eymard Callais; mother, Marion Engeron Callais; son, Aaron M. Callais and companion, Raven Duet; daughter, Miranda C. Belford and husband, Dallas; grandchild, Emery Jane Callais, and Baby Belford on the way; brothers, Scott Callais, Brian Callais and Tanya, and Brent Callais and wife, Sarah.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Joseph Callais.
Michael enjoyed being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He was always known to light up a room and make people laugh.
