Merrill Joseph Gaudet, 50, a native and resident of Lockport was trusted to God's loving care on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 in Lockport.
Visitation will commence at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport Thursday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport at 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his brothers, Julien and wife Donna, Ronald and wife Annie Rose, Roy and Companion Dennis, and Philip Gaudet and wife Carolyn "Cat"; sisters, Linda Gaubert and husband Danny, Janice Davaine and husband Jesse, Kathleen LaCombe and husband Mike, Gayle Arceneaux and husband Chris, Wilma Matherne and husband Faron, Evelyn (Lyn) Gaudet, Celest Theriot and husband Brent.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius Gaudet and Wilma Gautreaux Gaudet; three brothers, Steve, Robert, and Infant Wayne Gaudet.
In lieu of flowers Mass donations preferred.
