Mary Louise “Da da” Bouziga, 98, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23rd at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and resume on Saturday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
Da da is survived by many nieces and nephews that loved her very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar, Sr. & Emily Bouziga; siblings, Elmira Bouziga, Elia Cheramie, Clarise Bouziga, Eusta Lafont, Inez Martin, Julie Lefort, Laura Terrebonne, Clamonse David, Edgar Bouziga, Jr, Leo Bouziga, Norbert Bouziga, Nora Bouziga, Lorris Bouziga, Maurice Bouziga, Eeris Bouziga, and George Bouziga.
Special thanks to everyone at the Broadway Nursing Home, the staff of Hope Hospice, and Falgout Funeral Home.
