Marion Cheramie Vizier

We are saddened to announce that Marion Cheramie Vizier, 83, peacefully made her final journey on November 28, 2021.
Visitation will be Friday, December 3, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 10:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon with burial at Cheramie Cemetery.
Marion is survived by her daughters; Jessica Vizier Godin (Patrick), and Mitzi Vizier Lagarde (Wesley), grandchildren; Sarah (Carlos), Leoncia (Jason), Thomas (Katie), Jim (Amanda), Ben (Mackenzie), Emilie (Michael), Wesley, Jr., and Macy (Kalie), great-grandchildren; Claire, David, Aubrey, Evelyn, Hunter, Violet, Ava, Roddy John, and Jack, and brother; Roland Cheramie (Sharon).
Marion was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years; Jimmie A. Vizier “Poochie”, daughter; Myra Vizier, and parents; Ecton and Gladys Lefort Cheramie.
Marion was a Parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a lifetime member of The Marine Corps League Auxiliary and a member of The Ward Foundation.
She was a caring mother who loved her family deeply. We will miss her beautiful smiling face.
