Marilyn S. Baronne, a native of Bunkie and resident of Raceland passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 at the age of 85.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 62 years, Frank Baronne; son, F. Nicky Baronne; and grandchildren, Alyse Claire Babin and Dillon Baronne.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Courtney & Cecile Snoddy; son, Anthony "Tony" John Baronne; and siblings, Douglas Snoddy, C.G. Snoddy Jr., Mary Zephyr Seager and Juanita Snoddy.
Marilyn taught Home Economics for 40 years at both Raceland and Central Lafourche High School.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America are preferred. http://alzfdn.org
