Marie Boudreaux Hunter, 90, a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Holy Savior Catholic Church, Lockport, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Hunter and wife Brenda G. Hunter; daughter, Patricia H. Dominique and husband Gordy Dominique; daughter-in-law, Deborah Ledet Hunter ; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Hunter; sons, Kenneth, Douglas and James Jr, Jamie Hunter and parents, Alphonse and Alita Ordoyne Boudreaux.
Marie was a member of Holy Savior Ladies Altar Society, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, board Director for Lockport Senior Citizens. She was an honorary disc jockey for the Rajun Cajun. Special thanks to the Doctors and Staff of TGMC, Ochsner Home Health and Fr. Rogers.
