Marie T. Fonseca, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, was born July, 27, 1931 and died Oct. 30, 2012
A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2. 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roland "Pierre" Fonseca; children, Vicki Fonseca, Ricky Fonseca and wife Becky, Julie Fonseca, Jill Gaspard, Jackie Fonseca and wife Rachel; brothers, Leo and Rogers Terrebonne; sisters, Mary Ann Duet; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Nellie Boudreaux Terrebonne; brothers, Leroy and Gerald Terrebonne; sisters, Laura Lasseigne.
She was a Catholic.
Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
