Margaret Pennison Dufrene

Margaret Pennison Dufrene, 86, a native of Lockport and a resident of Cut Off, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12: 00 pm Wednesday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Andrew Dufrene (Patty); daughters, Judy Ordoyne, Ruby Ordoyne, Helen Bourg (Wade), Ann Callais, Leona Vegas, Grace Melancon (Kyle); sister Sonia Pennison; 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Dufrene; son, Steve Dufrene; sons-in-law, Alfred Ordoyne and Eddie Ordoyne; parents, Prosper and Helena Pennison; brothers, Horace, Jackie and Jimmy Pennison and sisters, Joyce Zeringue and Martha Pennison and grandsons, Andy Joe Dufrene and Casey Odoyne.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
