Margaret Bourgeois Chauvin

Margaret Bourgeois Chauvin, age 83, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma on Saturday, April 19, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Liturgy of the Word at 12:00 p.m. with burial following in Garden of Memories in Gray.

Margaret is survived by her son, Mark Chauvin and wife, Tina; daughter, Cynthia Bourgeois and husband, Robert; and granddaughter, Jessica Gallagher and husband, Stephen.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Chauvin; son, Eldric Chauvin; parents, Albert and Mary Bourgeois; brothers, Gerry and Jimmy Bourgeois; and sister, Judith Benoit.
