Margaret "Amy" Anselmi

Margaret “Amy” Anselmi, 72, a native of New Orleans and resident of Galliano went to be with her loving husband, Al-John Anselmi, Sr. on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at First Baptist Church of Golden Meadow on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 from 2:00 pm until service time. A Celebration of her Life will begin at 4:00 pm with cremation following.

Mrs. Margaret is survived by her children: Kimberly Douglas (Paul), Rebecca Billiot (Jeremy), Johnna Bruce (Adam), and Al-John Anselmi Jr. (Candice); grandchildren: John, Jie, Jay, Beth, Chandler, Shekinah, Emily, Jericho, Brezi, Jerenie, Paige, Gage, Al-John III, Tallie Claire, Amylynn, Keith Micheal; and 17 great grandchildren that loved her endlessly.

Mrs. Anselmi was preceded in death by her husband: Al-John Anselmi Sr.; son: Clay Davis Anselmi; great grandson: Cleveland “T-Cleve” John Paul Rogers; parents: Davis Jones Sr. and Ethel Fayard Jones; brothers: George Jones Sr., Claude Jones, Clifford Jones, and Davis Jones Jr.; sister: Barbara Jackson, Judith Borne and Rita.

Amy loved painting, drawing, singing, and spending time with all her babies.
