Marcos A. Dufrene

Marcos A. Dufrene, a native and resident of St. Charles Parish, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Hope Church, 12628 River Road, Destrehan, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am.
He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Dufrene-Diaz Davis; sisters, Claudia Duvoisin; Micaela Diaz, Talia Diaz and Maleah Davis; grandparents, Rodney Dufrene, Sr. and Nanette Dufrene, Charlotte Peralta and Melvin Peralta and nephew, Luca Rodney Duvoisin. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Dufrene, Jr.
Marcos loved creating and singing his own songs. He was a people person; there was never anyone he wouldn’t talk to. He wanted to be everyone’s friend.
