Luz Brunet France, 62, a native of Galliano and resident of Cut Off passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022.
Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off on Friday, August 26th from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Luz is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, C. “Tommy” France; children, Sasha (Mike) Lefort, Rico (Janisa) Lefort, Mario (Michelle) Lefort and Austin (Kimberly) Lefort; step-children, Chad (Lacey) France and Chantel (Doug) Jackson; grandchildren, Eloise, Francesca, Emma, Sophia, Adelyn, Andrew, Alana, Chaz, Whitney, Lauren, Zack, Paityn, Jaidyn and Cayden; siblings, Jett (Rhonda) Brunet and Jude (Michelle) Brunet.
Luz was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew “Tan” & Jannette “Jan” Brunet.
Her life's purpose was to share love, happiness, fun, family,
and never ending joy. She turned strangers into friends and
friends into family as she carved a path for generations to come.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
