Louman Cheramie

Louman "Toupee" J. Cheramie, 88, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano passed away Feb. 13, 2014. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Saturday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano.Louman will be cremated and a private funeral Mass and burial will be held at a later date.He is survived by his children, Douglas Cheramie and wife, Linda, and Elda Allemand and husband, Wade; grandchildren, Alex Allemand, Jobe Allemand, Buffy Lafont and husband, Tad, Kevin Cheramie, Nicholas Helmer and Jamie Dempster; seven great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Cheramie; parents, Theodore and Julia W.
