With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Louis J. Rogers, a spirited soul who lived life on his own terms.
On Thursday, March 28, 2024, 77 years old, he rode into the sunset on his beloved Harley Davidson, leaving behind a legacy as rugged and resilient as the bike he cherished. Louis found his greatest joy in the company of his children and grandchildren; they were his entire world. He had loyal friends who stood by him till the end. Though he may have left this world, Louis will forever live on in the memories he created and the hearts he touched. As we bid farewell to this remarkable man, let us take comfort in knowing that his spirit roams free, forever riding on the winds of time. The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
He is survived by his children, Joey Rogers (Laura), Nikki Tregre (Jared Plaisance), Jacob Theriot; grandchildren, Lane Rogers (Kristen), Brittni Foran (Walt), Khloee Tregre, Brayden Tregre, Liam Tregre, Destiny Theriot, Layla Theriot; great-grandchildren, Casen, Zachery, Rebekah, Skyler, Jaycob, Kole, Reed; siblings, Rickie J. Rogers (Linda), Patricia Folse (Bill).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis T. Rogers and Eve S. Rogers.
