Lorimer Paul Comeaux

Lorimer P. Comeaux, 98, a native and resident of Larose, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm Monday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Paul Comeaux, Mike Comeaux; daughters, Pamela Hargis (Kevin), Karen Coffey (Greg); 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Emelda T. Comeaux; daughter, Marianne Vega (Randy); parents, Louis and Anna Comeaux; brothers, Clarence, Honore, Lionel, Ernest, Louis Jr,. Lloyd Sr., Roland and Eugene Comeaux; sisters, Mary Louise Bunk, Annabelle Berthelot and Theresa Burrows.
Lorimer was a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion, VFW and was a member of Holy Rosary Holy Name Society. He was Past Grand Marshall of the French Food Festival. He was an avid volunteer.
