Leontine Marie Plaisance Barrios, born January 28, 1923 went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2018.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Barrios Sr.; daughters, Susan Ledet, Adrianne "Angel" Martinez, Yvonne DeFelice; 13 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 33 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Barrios Sr.; sons, Lorman Barrios, Dewey "Butch" Barrios Jr.; daughter, Carolyn McWilliams; brothers, Abel, Philoclese, Anaclet, Antoine, Adolph, Arthur, Odon; sisters, Agnes, Emily, Viola, Odessa, Inez, Ann and grandchildren, Michelle, Raquel and Randy Barrios.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
