Leonce "Ganou" Antoine Theriot, 88, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose, passed away on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until religious services on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A Memorial Mass will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday at the church. A private burial will be held at a later date.Leonce is survived by his daughter, Peggy Theriot Chiasson and husband, Gerald; brother, Norman Theriot and wife, Anna; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Bouvier Theriot; son, Danny Theriot; father, Henry Severin Theriot; mother, Lamaise Collins Theriot; sister, Leoncia Theriot Bourg and brother, Hubertville Theriot.Leonce is a WWII veteran with the U.S. Marine Corps.
