Leona Dufrene, 54, a native of Cut Off and a resident of Larose, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020.
Visitation will be from 8:30 am until 9:45 am on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Dustin Vegas and his wife Beth; grandchildren, Maddox, Harrison and Sawyer Vegas; brother, Andrew Dufrene and sisters, Judy Ordoyne, Ruby Ordoyne, Helen Bourg, Ann Dufrene and Grace Melancon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harris J. Dufrene and Margaret Pennison Dufrene and brother, Steve Dufrene.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
