LeeAnn S. Fonseca

LeeAnn S. Fonseca, 62, a native of Rockford, IL and a resident of Larose, LA, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at First Baptist Church of Larose. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in First Baptist Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Christopher Joseph Fonseca, Sr.; sons, Du Fonseca (Tanya), Chance Fonseca, Sr. (Andrea), Cody Fonseca (Koren), Cyle Fonseca (Daniella); daughter, Calie Trosclair (Micah); grandchildren, Claire, Buddy, Vivian, Chance Jr., Jasmine, Andrew, Danica, Bryce, Luke, Tyler, Emmett, Melanie, Alora, Elijah, Addie and Remi; brother, Joel Scace and sister, Susan Spradlin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leland Scace and Lois Hargis and brother, Denny Scace.

LeeAnn was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, caring sister, loyal friend and faithful servant. She took great joy in working hard and loved to contribute to Operation Christmas Child. Her passion was watching her grandchildren play sports. She will be dearly missed.
