Lawrence Plaisance

Lawrence "Black" Joseph Plaisance Jr., 66, a native and resident of Larose, was entrusted unto God's Loving Care on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 in Lockport.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with interment in the church cemetery.
He is survived by two daughters, Monica P. Theriot and husband, Peter, and Lisa Plaisance; two grandchildren, Tristan and Paige Theriot; two brothers, Teddy and David Plaisance; and four sisters, Lourie Breaux, Miriam Falgout, Tillie Thibodaux and Elvire Creppell.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn Dufrene Plaisance; and his parents, Lawrence Plaisance Sr. and Elvire Adams Plaisance.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
