Larry A. Mayet, 83, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022.
Larry is survived by his daughters, Gena Carroll and Tamra Blanchard; 7 grandchildren, Brandi McGittigan (Ryan), Rickie Jr., Justin, Chelsey, Jonathan, Nicholas (fiancé, Alexas Braud) and Alexis Adams; 16 great-grandchildren, Kalei Adams (fiancé, Payton Boudreaux), Anabelle, Kiram, Hunner, Austin, Justin Jr., Annelle, Zayden, Caiden, Shyleigh, Mathew, Donny Jr., Kayzleigh, Payton, Bowen and Layton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Autin Mayet; parents, Roland and Bessie Robichaux Mayet; brother, Eddie Hughes; sister, Elaine Mayet and son-in-law, Shane Carroll.
Private graveside services will be held in St. Mary Cemetery at a later date.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
