Kenneth "Ken" John Rhodes, 61, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 6 a.m. Sunday, March 18, 2012.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Holy Rosary Mausoleum.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Phyllis R. Moore; son, Keith and wife, Cherie Rhodes; two granddaughters, Alexis and Amanda Rhodes; and five brothers, Leroy, Myron, Pat, Michael, and Bobby Rhodes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Murphy J. and Ella Price Rhodes; and brother, Lloyd "Rock" Rhodes.
He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He was in the Army during Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening with his granddaughters.
