Katie D. Folse, age 87, a native and resident of Bayou Gauche, passed away on April 5, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Life Fellowship Church in Bayou Gauche on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral services will be held at the church starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
Katie is survived by her son, Vanton LaRousse, Jr. (Laura); daughters, Nellie Dempster, Dianne Crochet (Roy), Janet LaRousse (Travis), Anita LaRousse; brother, John Dunn; 15 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph John Folse; parents, Michael and Orelia Dunn; sons, Donald LaRousse and Burk LaRousse and son-in-law, Adlis Dempster.
The family would like to thank Intermin Hospice and Pastor Jim, Life Fellowship Church as well as their Pastors and her coffee buddy, Pearline Pensis.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
