Jules V. “Sonny” Meaux, 77, a native of Abbeville, LA and resident of Raceland, LA passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.
A Memorial Service is pending at St. Mary Cemetery.
Sonny is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy A. Meaux; children, Mark (Georgina) Meaux, Mieca (Randy) Martin, Eddie (Charla) Meaux, Melissa (Erwin) Cigarroa, and Emily (Edward) Ledet; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; sisters, Deanna Meaux, and Betsy Meaux; special nephew, Michael (Christal) Boudreaux.
Sonny was preceded in death by his parents, Savey & Lucille Carlo Meaux; sisters, Beatrice Boudreaux, Elaine Miguez, Suzy Blanchard, and Wendy Goyne.
The family would like to thank St. Catherine Hospice, especially Ashley and Kristie for the loving care they gave Mr. Sonny.
