Joseph "Rabbit" Ordoyne, 73, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland.
He is survived by his wife, Cloverella B. Ordoyne; one son, Allen Rousse and wife, Kim; one daughter, Naomi Rousse; one brother, Autrey Ordoyne; three sisters, Mary Jane Boudreaux, Judy Hale and Barbara Ordoyne; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Emedia C. Ordoyne; one son, Rickey Rousse; and three brothers, Norris, Frank and Douglas Ordoyne.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
