Joseph Michael Martino (Martinez Jr.), 60, a native of New Orleans and resident of Slidell, died Monday, May 23, 2011.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be held at noon Friday at the funeral home, with a private burial to follow.
He is survived by his parents, Isabel Cedotal Hill and Joseph Martinez; three sons, Michael Joseph Martino, Marcus Anthony Martino and Maximus Jude Martino; three daughters, Mia Anne Martinez and companion, Herbert Fitch Jr., Falon Ashley Martinez and Marissa Cheree Martino; and one grandchild, Zoe Rene' Martinez.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Martinez Theriot; and his grandparents, Oscar and Julia Gaudet Cedotal, and Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society .
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
