Joseph "JC" Clovis Autin, 75, a native and resident of Raceland, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012 at Thibodaux Regional Hospital.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Gloria Brown Autin; sons, Timothy Autin and wife, Maxine, and Richard Autin and wife, Laura; daughters, Phyllis Kliebert and husband, Robert, and Angela Eusea and husband, Michael; brother, Steven Autin; and seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clovis Autin and Enola Bourgeois Autin; brothers, Ewell "TU", Whitney "TB", Wilbur "Wib", Uric "Red", Ernest Ora, Ernest Adam "Nis", and Kearney; and sisters, Emma Matherne, Anna Mae Candies and Eula.
