Joseph Ardoin

Joseph Gilbert Ardoin, 69, a native of Lafayette and resident of Lockport, died at 5:35 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland.
He is survived by his wife, Elta Boudreaux Ardoin; three sons, Brian, David, and Michael Ardoin; three daughters, Melissa Rock, Christine Ardoin and Paula Mousseau; three brothers, John W. Ardoin, Bobby R. Ardoin and Lionel Ardoin; one sister, Marie Wright; and 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Bernice Molitor Ardoin; and one sister, Louella Landry.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
