John J. Thibodeaux, 52, a native and resident of Houma, Thursday, June 9, 2011.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl A. Hebert Thibodeaux; one son, Jacob and wife, Michelle Scott Thibodeaux of Houma; one brother, Ron Thibodaux of Houma; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Joy and Timmy Hebert, Denise and Tommy LaJaunie, Debbie and Chris DeGeorge, Jane deBie, John and Juanita Hebert, and Gordon and Toni Hebert; and three grandchildren, Terry-Ann T. Hebert and husband, Carl, of Houma, Brandon Thibodeaux, and Lauren Aycock and Gavin Scott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade L. and Yolande Benoit Thibodeaux; one son, Michael Thibodeaux; his grandparents, Elsie and Nuel Benoit, and Mildred and Ruby Thibodeaux; and his father and mother-in-law, Kenneth and Julie Theriot Hebert.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with famiy, fishing and riding his Harley.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
