John Thomas Gooch III, 55, a resident of Jackson, Miss., died Monday, June 4, 2012 in Houma.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Beginnings Church in Sandersville, Miss.
He is survived by his daughter, Alissa Gooch Robinson and husband, Chris; son, Brandon Lee Hill and wife, Christie; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas Gooch Jr. and Dorothy Louise Clarke.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
