Jody Bernard, 63, a native and resident of Larose, La, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 with his loving family near his side.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, May 6th at 10:00 a.m.
Jody is survived his children; Craig (Melissa) Allemand, Jody, Jr. (Rebecca) Bernard, Joseph (Amber) Bernard, Jesse (Angelia) Bernard, Keely (Deston)
Plaisance, and Jo’lie Bernard, grandchildren; Riley, Kensi, Beaux, Francesca, Antoinette, Cecilia, Remi, Jackson, Rylie, Landon, Autumn, Katherine, Logan, Dakota, Phoenix, Zachary, and Zoey, brothers; Julius Bernard, Jr. and Murphy Bernard, sisters; Joan Bernard and Stacie Williams.
Jody was preceded in death by his parents; Julius Bernard, Sr. and Irene Rogers Williams, and sister; Betty Bernard.
Jody was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed hunting, gold mining, and trawling. His greatest pride and joy were his grandchildren.
