Joanna Jenkins Preston, 55, a native and resident of Larose, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 8:16 PM in Larose, LA.
Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Preston, Jr. and wife Felicia, Shawn Preston and fiancé, Chelsie Hebert; daughter, Christelle Montes and husband Ramon; parents Colton and Mary Arceneaux Jenkins; brothers, Colton Jenkins, Jr., Russell Jenkins; sisters Diana Jenkins, Emma Boyd, Linda Jenkins, Clara Pierre, Elizabeth Jenkins, Tammy Jenkins and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Willie, Gerald, and Michael Jenkins and sister, Elaine Jenkins.
