Jimmy Louis Schneider

Jimmy Louis Schneider (October 23, 1947 – February 9, 2021) a native of Iota, LA and resident of Des Allemands, LA passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Stidham Schneider, children Dawn Plaisance (Ronnie) and Quinn Schneider, step-daughters Dawn Laque (Brandon), April Noel (Mike), and Lori Oubre (Matt), grandchildren Samantha Plaisance, Brittani Carson (Todd), Jordahn Schneider, Taylor Plaisance (Elizabeth), Dexter Comardelle (Alexandra), Lacy Benedetto (Blake), Christopher Noel, and Evan, Lauren and Meghan Oubre, brother Patrick Schneider (Sue), sister-in-law Debbie Schneider, and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his parents Frank and Evelyn Reed Schneider, brothers Michael and Shawn Schneider, and sister Henrietta Schneider. A private memorial will be held at a later time.
