Jessie R. Ethridge

Jessie R. Etheridge, 76, a native of Point Aux Chenes and resident of Larose passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018. A visitation will take place at Community Fellowship Church in Lockport on November 24, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am with burial following at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

Mrs. Jessie is survived by her son; Andrew Moliniare Jr. (Monica), daughters; Gay Cheramie (Dudley), Cornelia Plaisance (Ernest), Alison Moliniare, and Catina Mason (Robert), grandchildren; Paul Guidry, Andy Moliniare III, Shannon Guidry, Farrah Lebouef, Jeremy Moliniare, Walter Seale III, Cameron Etheridge, Cody Seale, Amiee Etheridge, Christa Moliniare, and Tyler Etheridge, numerous great grandchildren, brother; Whitney Roussell, and sister; Evelyn Carter.

Mrs. Etheridge was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children; Andrew Moliniare Sr., second husband; Charles Etheridge, sons; Leonard Moliniare, and Nicodemus Moliniare, parents; Edgar and Eva Roussell, sisters; Ada Roussell, Marie Hebert, and Matilda Ellendar, brothers; Felix Roussell, Mathile Roussell, and Marcellin Roussell.

She loved to cook for and spending time with her family and was very devout and loved Jesus.

The family would like to thank the staff of Dr. Jay Vega’s office, Amedisys, especially Willie Allemand RN, and Journey Hospice.
