Jerry Francis Trosclair, 74, a native and resident of Houma died on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012. A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012; and from 8 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 at Falgout Chapel. Burial will commence in the Garden of Memories cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jane Lovell Trosclair; daughters, Darlene T. Strickland; brother, Harry Trosclair Sr.; four sisters, Dolores T. Benoit, Gloria T. Gayles, Josephine T. Bergeron and Remida Matherne; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph E. Sr. and Josephine Pellegrin Trosclair; son-in-law, Steven Allen Strickland; two brothers, Willie Comeaux, and Joseph E. Trosclair, Jr.; three sisters, Dorothy T. Bergeron, Audrey T. Kiker and Alice T. Hebert.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
