Jerri Lynn Smith, 50, a native and resident of Houma, went home to her heavenly reward on Monday, May 02, 2016.
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma Friday May 6, 2016 from 9 until services at 11 Am.
She is survived by her children, Donald F. Erickson II and Rikki Lynn Erickson Punch; mother, Carolyn Cunningham Bourgeois; stepfather, Roger R. Bourgeois; granddaughter, Baylee Liner; siblings, Lea Ann Smiley and husband, Bruce, Terry Antill and husband, Marvin Jr., Steven A. Smith and wife, Carrie; former husband and father of her children, Kevin H. Erickson.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to MacDonell Methodist Children Services 8326 Main St. Houma, La. 70360
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Smith.
Falgout Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
