Jeanette Griffin Orgeron

Jeanette Griffin Orgeron, 75, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Raceland, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, July 16, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gheens, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Marigold Guidry (Eric), Karen Ledet (Joe), Jessica Eymard; son, Kirk L. Eymard; sister, Elma Avery; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milner Orgeron; daughter, Nazy Malbrough; parents, Adam and Henrietta Lafont; brothers, Jim, Sherman and Forest Griffin and sisters, Emilie Griffin, Earline Crosby, Barbara Theriot and Brenda Lafont.
Jeannette enjoyed cross word puzzles and Bingo. She was a member of the Senior Citizens and loved spending time with her family.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
