Jason Ellis Adams

Jason Ellis Adams, 22, a native and resident of Galliano passed away on Saturday, January 2nd, 2021.

A visitation will take place at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 8:30 am until 10:30 am. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow with cremation following.

Mr. Jason is survived by his companion; Ami Trahan, daughter; Ryleigh Jane Adams, parents; Shelley Chiasson (Kerry), and Jason Adams (Dana), siblings; Judd Adams (David) and Jene’ Norris (Bekah), nephew; Bentley Miken Adams, grandmother; Deanna Curole, and godparents; Charlene Terrebonne and Lee Leger, Jr. and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that loved him dearly.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his grandparents; Willa Mae Adams (Lilly), Ellis Adams (Palook), and Edmond Curole.

He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to be in the marsh and was a master at navigating it from an early age day or night. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trawling. He had a love for sports, for high school football and shooting sports. He always had a contagious smile for everyone he met. Along with his smile he had a heart of gold and was giving to everyone he came across. He lived to be surrounded by his many friends. He was very proud of his truck and kept it in immaculate shape. His goal was to obtain his Captain’s license and follow his father in his career as a mariner. His prayer life was so important to him.
The most precious thing in his life was his baby girl, Ryleigh. He will be missed by many.
