Jacqueline "Jackie" Prestenback Bergeron, 69, a native of Edgard and resident of Des Allemands passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015.
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 1 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will resume at St. Gertrude Catholic Church on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ray Bergeron; sons, Everett Bergeron and wife Linda, Wayne "Mouse" Bergeron and companion Laura, Ron Bergeron and wife Kristie; brother, Lee Prestenback; 4 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vivian Weber Prestenback; brothers, Paul Prestenback and Arthur Prestenback.
