In Loving Memory of Isaac Martines

Isaac—whose name means “laughter”—lived a life that fully embodied that spirit. He had a rare gift: the ability to light up every room he entered, filling it with laughter, smiles, and joy. Whether through a kind word, a funny story, or simply his warm presence, Isaac made everyone around him feel better just by being there.

He had a deep love for his truck and the open road on his street bike, finding peace and freedom in the ride. But it was his big heart that truly defined him. Always ready to help anyone in need, Isaac’s generosity and compassion touched more lives than can be counted.

Isaac was a protector and provider—fiercely loyal and devoted to the ones he loved. Family was everything to him, and he took pride in showing up for them every single day. His wife, Jasmine, was the love of his life and the center of his world. The bond they shared was undeniable—a true partnership built on love, trust, and unshakable commitment.

Though he may be gone from our sight, Isaac will never be forgotten. His memory lives on in the stories, smiles, and hearts of all who knew and loved him. He made this world a better place simply by being in it. Isaac was born again and gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age. It brings us great comfort to know that he is now in the arms of Jesus.

“Some people walk through the gates of heaven; others will ride.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1-4— “To everything, there is a season. A time for every purpose under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck what is planted; a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.”

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a celebration of his life at Living Word Church in Schriever, LA on Saturday, April 26, 2025, beginning with a visitation at 3:30pm followed by a service at 4:30pm. All guests are invited to wear purple, his favorite color, and to join us in a balloon release outside the church immediately after the service. Isaac’s only wish was to create a bit of chaos in traffic with a lengthy procession. Therefore, we are requesting for guests to bring as many vehicles as possible and join us in a procession to Falgout Funeral Home following the balloon release as Isaac takes his final ride.
