Irvin "T.U." Pierre Robichaux, 84, a native and resident of Raceland, died Monday, April 22, 2013.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Babin Robichaux; daughters, Diana Verdin and husband, Mack, Cindy Turner and husband, Don, and Rhonda Folse and husband, Jacques; brother, Milton "T-Mit" Robichaux; sister, Velma Mayet; grandchildren, Ernie Foret, Wendy LeBlanc and husband, Rocky, Jeremy Arabie and fiancee, Ashley Boxwell, Jacob Turner and Joseph Folse; step-grandchildren, Lynn LeBlanc and Sue Payne; great-grandchildren, Kayla Foret and fiance, Johnathan Melancon, Katlyn Foret, Savannah and Brittany LeBlanc, Jenna and Andrea Arabie; step-great-grandchildren, Lelia Guidry, Lauren Breaux and Ryan Matherne; and step-great-great-grandchildren, Addie and Alex Guidry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merille and Cerita Robichaux; brothers, Herman "T-Man" and Huey Robichaux; sister, Verna Madere; and one grandchild, Jenny Turner.
He was a parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
